Before you submit
- Prepare a concise description of the applicant, organization, program, tool, event, report request, or partnership proposal.
- Identify the pathway you are requesting: certification, membership, training program review, directory listing, institutional review, partnership, event participation, award inquiry, or report access.
- List the evidence already available, such as curriculum documents, professional credentials, governance policies, safeguarding procedures, privacy statements, service boundaries, public claims, review records, or renewal files.
- Confirm that you understand the Wpsy compliance boundary: Wpsy does not replace national licensure, protected titles, clinical authorization, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or individual medical advice.
- Submit the form once. The request will be recorded for administrative review and delivered by email to the Wpsy administrative review inbox.
What happens next
- Wpsy records the application and sends an internal notification.
- The request is screened for category fit, completeness, legal boundary risk, public claim risk, safeguarding relevance, and documentation readiness.
- If the request is suitable, Wpsy may ask for additional evidence or direct the applicant to the relevant standard, certification route, directory category, event process, or institutional review pathway.
- No public status should be claimed until Wpsy has issued written review language or published a relevant record.
