List Your Organization

A direct Wpsy pathway for certification, membership, institutional review, training program submission, directory listing, reports, events, awards, and responsible partnership.

A direct Wpsy pathway for serious applicants

This page is designed for action. It gives applicants a clear route to begin a Wpsy review, membership, listing, submission, partnership, or institutional inquiry without turning the process into a long brochure. The form below creates an administrative record in Wpsy and sends a notification to the Wpsy administrative review inbox.

Wpsy reviews requests through a documentation-led approach. Applicants are asked to identify the organization or professional context, the pathway requested, the evidence available, and the public claim or outcome they hope to communicate. Wpsy does not treat a form submission as approval, certification, endorsement, licensure, or clinical authorization.

Before you submit

  • Prepare a concise description of the applicant, organization, program, tool, event, report request, or partnership proposal.
  • Identify the pathway you are requesting: certification, membership, training program review, directory listing, institutional review, partnership, event participation, award inquiry, or report access.
  • List the evidence already available, such as curriculum documents, professional credentials, governance policies, safeguarding procedures, privacy statements, service boundaries, public claims, review records, or renewal files.
  • Confirm that you understand the Wpsy compliance boundary: Wpsy does not replace national licensure, protected titles, clinical authorization, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or individual medical advice.
  • Submit the form once. The request will be recorded for administrative review and delivered by email to the Wpsy administrative review inbox.

What happens next

  1. Wpsy records the application and sends an internal notification.
  2. The request is screened for category fit, completeness, legal boundary risk, public claim risk, safeguarding relevance, and documentation readiness.
  3. If the request is suitable, Wpsy may ask for additional evidence or direct the applicant to the relevant standard, certification route, directory category, event process, or institutional review pathway.
  4. No public status should be claimed until Wpsy has issued written review language or published a relevant record.

Important boundary

Wpsy certification, membership, directory listing, institutional review, event participation, award interest, report access, or partnership discussion does not replace national licences, medical licences, clinical credentials, legal authorization to practice psychology or psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or individual medical advice. Users should consult licensed professionals and local authorities where regulated services are involved.

List Your Organization

Use this form to request a public directory record for an organization, program, wellbeing initiative, or reviewed tool. Directory records communicate review scope and status rather than unrestricted endorsement.

Information submitted through Wpsy application forms is used to review the request, respond to the applicant, maintain an administrative record, and support responsible Wpsy operations. Wpsy forms are not emergency channels and do not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or individual medical advice.
